Unless otherwise stated within the advertisement, all of the products offered by Madelina’s Miscellany are shipped “gift ready”. Hence, each item is presented in decorative tissue and/or cover bag.  We want to save you time and energy when planning your gift giving.  For items shipped directly from Madelina’s Miscellany, we will be more than happy to personalize a FREE gift card; simply indicate your message via email or within the notes section of your payment.

 PayPal. Due to its’ buyer protection of up to $1000.00 USD, Madelina’s Miscellany gladly accepts PayPal payments.  You may use your Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express with Paypal.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the purchase, within 30 days, in the condition received and Madelina’s Miscellany will happily refund your purchase price (less any shipping and handling costs).

Return Policy

At Madelina's Miscellany, we stand behind our merchandise 100%. To ensure prompt processing, please abide by the following steps when returning items:

1. All returned items must be in the original packaging with original tags attached and receipt; and purchased within the last 30 days.

2. Any items returned for reasons other than defects must be unused and in the original packaging. 

3. Madelina's Miscellany will not award a credit or refund for used merchandise.  Merchandise must be returned in new and re-saleable condition.

4.  If you have received a defective item from us, return the item and a copy of your invoice.  Please inform us which you prefer:  a replacement item or a full refund for the defective merchandise.

5.  Full refunds (excluding shipping/handling fees) will be given for returns with tags attached and an original receipt made within 30 days of purchase.

6.  Store credit will be given for returns with tags attached and an original receipt for purchases made after 30 days of purchase.  NO RETURNS can be accepted after 60 days of purchase.

7.  Returns without a receipt or returned special orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

8.  For all returns, please insure your package and send the item prepaid ground FedEx, UPS or via USPS.  Include a copy of the original invoice and instructions for exchange or credit. 

Damaged in Shipping.  For orders that are damaged in shipping:

Please notify us immediately so we can take the proper steps to replace the damaged merchandise as promptly as possible.
